Axolotls can be pink, white, black, or brown, and they always look like they are smiling! They have a superpower too—they can regrow their legs, tail, and even parts of their heart and brain. Axolotls come from lakes in Mexico, but there aren’t many left in the wild. People keep them as pets and study them in science labs.
